The 1904 Camelback, a historic Indian bike, is getting a special makeover for its 120th anniversary. The bike, known as the Roadmaster, will be painted in a unique candy red color, a first for Indian. This special red comes from renowned paint suppliers Gunslinger Custom Paint and Custom Painted Vehicles. The bike features a tri-tone design, with dark red and black candy accents that add to its distinctiveness. Championship Gold pinstripes and the word “Elite” are also incorporated into the design for an extra touch of elegance.
Not only is the paint job exceptional, but the attention to detail extends to other elements of the bike as well. The dashboard, passenger armrests, and backlit switch cubes are all finished in glossy black. The seat stitching and windscreen tint have also been carefully chosen to match the overall aesthetic.
In terms of equipment, the Roadmaster stands out from the crowd. It comes equipped with the PowerBand Audio with Bass Boost sound system, featuring 12 speakers placed strategically throughout the bike for a 50 percent increase in volume. Exclusive badging, an individually numbered center console, and a silhouette of the 1904 Indian Camelback further distinguish this special edition.
To complete the package, Indian has designed unique wheels for the Roadmaster. These wheels feature a ten-spoke design with a machine pattern that has never been seen before on Indian motorcycles.
Only 350 units of this limited edition Roadmaster will be produced, with each bike requiring a full day of painting. The bikes will be available worldwide starting in the spring, although pricing details have not yet been disclosed. For comparison, the regular Roadmaster Elite is priced at $32,999.
