Cody Detwiler, the famous YouTuber known for his outrageous antics with expensive equipment, has made headlines once again. This time, he has acquired an exact model of the infamous Killdozer and transported it to Grandby, Colorado. Detwiler even had the opportunity to speak with locals who witnessed the rampage back in June 2004.
But that’s not all. Detwiler’s collection of extravagant vehicles doesn’t stop there. A few years ago, he purchased a tank from England and transformed it into a remote-controlled smasher and crusher. And before that, he constructed a monstrous monster truck. This massive machine is equipped with two Duramax diesel engines, each producing an impressive 700 horsepower. After numerous adventures that pushed the vehicle to its limits, Detwiler decided to upgrade its power.
Unable to add a third engine, Detwiler found a solution in the form of a fighter jet powerplant. The British-developed Viper 11 engine generates a staggering 3,000 pounds of thrust, allowing the pickup truck to plow through six feet of snow in the Utah mountains. Detwiler recently took his jet-powered toy to play with other social media influencers, capturing the attention of his followers.
Although the Monstermax may seem unstoppable, it encounters challenges when driving through deep snow. The truck’s fat tires quickly sink, causing it to get stuck. However, Detwiler’s resourcefulness comes to the rescue. With a jet engine at his disposal, he is able to push through the snow, only to face deeper snowbanks. Fortunately, HeavyDSparks, a fellow vlogger, provides logistical support and rescues the truck with his snow-rescuing equipment.
Maintaining the Monstermax is a constant battle for Detwiler. He pushes the limits of the vehicle, often causing mechanical issues. Currently, the rear combustion engine is temporarily out of commission due to overrevving mishaps. Despite this setback, the truck relies on its front diesel powerplant to keep going.
Witnessing the Monstermax in action is truly awe-inspiring. The massive truck belches out thick plumes of smoke from its exhaust pipes while emitting a sound reminiscent of a fighter jet. While the truck may struggle in the snow, it excels at lighting campfires with its flamethrower-like engine mounted underneath.
With two V8 Duramax LBZ diesel engines, each boasting 700 horsepower, the Monstermax may seem excessive. However, its weight of 22 tons justifies the power. The axles alone account for 12 tons, with six on each axle.
Detwiler’s latest escapades with the Monstermax have captivated audiences worldwide. His daring stunts and relentless pursuit of excitement continue to make him a prominent figure in the world of social media.
In a stunning display of power and innovation, a monstrous machine has taken the agricultural world by storm. With two massive 75-liter fuel tanks and the largest agricultural tires available, this beast is unstoppable. The Goodyear Extreme Flotation series with Low Sidewall Technology (LSW) provides the perfect foundation for this unstoppable force. Each tire weighs a staggering 680 kg (1,500 lbs) and is equipped with triple 30-inch-travel shocks for added stability.
But it’s not just the tires that make this machine extraordinary. The jet engine, a British design that has been refined over the years, is the heart of this behemoth. Although retired from service in 2011, the engine still packs a punch, producing an impressive 3,000 lbs of thrust (equivalent to around 2,500 hp).
One unique aspect of this jet engine is its use of a thorium alloy, giving it a slightly radioactive quality. In a fascinating display, a YouTuber measures the radiation levels emitted by the engine’s casing, causing the Geiger counter to crackle like fireworks. This extraordinary machine leaves no doubt that it is a force to be reckoned with in the agricultural world.
