Hezbollah has announced that its rocket arsenal is prepared to strike anywhere in Israel, claiming its command and control structure has not only recovered but is now “stronger” than ever. In a statement attributed to its military operations room, the Lebanese group specifically threatened relentless rocket attacks on Haifa, Israel’s third-largest city.
“The Israeli enemy’s aggression against our honourable people across all areas of Lebanon will make Haifa and places other than Haifa the same as Kiryat Shmona and Metula for our rockets,” Hezbollah declared. Earlier in the day, the group launched a salvo of rockets towards Haifa, some of which reportedly evaded Israel’s missile defenses, marking the second attack this week. A previous barrage injured 10 people in Haifa, escalating regional tensions further.
