OT JC Latham: Latham is out for a third consecutive week due to a hip injury sustained in the season opener against the Denver Broncos. His absence continues to put pressure on the remaining offensive linemen as they adjust to the challenges presented by the Texans.

DB Kevin Winston Jr.: The third-round draft pick from Penn State remains inactive for the fourth week in a row, nursing a hamstring injury. In his absence, the safety position will be manned by Xavier Woods, Quandre Diggs, and Amani Hooker.

CB Samuel Womack Jr.: Womack finds himself inactive for his fourth straight game. Acquired from the Indianapolis Colts, he has yet to step onto the field for the Titans, remaining in street clothes as the team navigates its roster.

OT John Ojukwu: Ojukwu’s surprise scratch is notable, particularly since he had started the previous two games at right tackle. With Moore’s availability, the Titans opted for a different strategic alignment, leaving Ojukwu out this week.

OL Jackson Slater: After making his NFL debut against the Colts last week, Slater returns to the sidelines with Zeitler back in the lineup.
