Prior to that, he contributed significantly to the Atlanta Falcons in 2023, appearing in 17 games.

His career began with the Seattle Seahawks, where he made a name for himself from 2018 to 2021. Flowers also spent time with the Cincinnati Bengals during the 2021 and 2022 seasons, further diversifying his experience.

Career Accomplishments

Despite the frequent transitions, Flowers has established a solid track record in the league. Throughout his career, he has recorded:

Four interceptions
22 pass deflections
287 tackles
Two sacks
Four tackles for loss
Five forced fumbles
Five fumble recoveries

These statistics reflect his effectiveness as a defensive back and his ability to impact games significantly.

Looking Ahead

As the Steelers gear up for the playoff push, the acquisition of Flowers could be a pivotal move. His experience and versatility may provide the depth and skill needed to navigate the challenges of postseason play. With the team’s focus on fortifying their defense, Flowers could play a crucial role in their quest for success in the playoffs. The Steelers’ official announcement confirmed the signing, emphasizing their intent to enhance their roster as they strive for a deep playoff run.
