Jared Goff sets records as Lions dominate Bears in 52-21 victory

The Detroit Lions and their quarterback Jared Goff were eager for a turnaround, and they delivered in emphatic fashion on Sunday, overpowering the Chicago Bears with a commanding 52-21 victory. With this victory, Goff also ascended to second place in Lions franchise history for career touchdown passes. Previously held by Bobby Layne at 118, Goff has now surpassed that mark, bringing his total to 121. While he may not catch Matthew Stafford’s record of 282 touchdown passes, his achievement is significant for a quarterback who has faced his share of scrutiny.
