Serving as the third quarterback behind Bo Nix and Jarrett Stidham, he has oscillated between the active roster and the practice squad. Recently, Ehlinger turned down an opportunity to rejoin the Indianapolis Colts, opting instead to remain within the Broncos’ system, indicating his commitment to the team’s coaching staff and philosophy.
Bandy’s Opportunity in the Receiving Corps
Michael Bandy, now entering his third year with the Broncos, has made minimal statistical contributions this season, with just one catch for 16 yards across two games. However, with rookie receiver Pat Bryant sidelined due to a hamstring injury, Bandy is set to step up as a deep reserve wide receiver against the Packers. Should he be active for the game, Bandy is expected to also contribute on special teams, adding further depth to the Broncos’ roster.
