The historic French brand (belonging to the Mahindra group) seems to be developing new strategies to meet the challenges of the coming years in the field of mobility, and not just in the scooter segment.
There are two interesting aspects: on the one hand, Peugeot is becoming a majority shareholder in DAB Motors, a French company specializing in the production of electric motorcycles, and, on the other hand, it is moving towards the production of motorcycles with an endothermic engine with a small displacement, but not so small…
They will be called PM-02, PM-03 and PM-05 and, it seems, will introduce this brand to a market in which Peugeot has not yet participated. A nice revitalization, in short, which we already know with the PM-01 125 and PM-01 300 models, presented in 2024, but which, apparently, could be just the tip of the iceberg, because the company isn’t going to stop there.
Peugeot is planning new all-electric models for city mobility and, in parallel, traditional motorcycles with a larger cubic capacity. We can only wait for further developments.
