Valentino Rossi has joined the relief efforts for the victims of the storm that devastated the Valencia region in Spain. The nine-time world motorcycle champion has donated a AGV Pista GP RR helmet for auction.
This collectible helmet, signed by Il Dottore, features the «Soleluna» graphics he used in 2021 and comes with its original visor. The funds raised from this auction will go to support the Red Cross’s work in Valencia. The auction runs at this link until December 6, starting at €3,000.
This initiative is part of MotoGP’s broader solidarity efforts for the Valencia region, which was set to host the season’s final round. However, due to the devastating events, the race was relocated to Barcelona, renamed the Solidarity GP of Barcelona.
The helmet, used by Rossi during his final season in MotoGP, is one of several unique items up for auction to support the Red Cross. Other items donated by riders and teams, including motorcycles, are also available for purchase to aid this humanitarian cause.
