Ducati will have Marc Márquez on its MotoGP team in 2025, alongside Francesco Bagnaia. Both are among the top riders in the current grid, showcasing distinct riding styles.
Márquez has already spent this year riding a Ducati for the Gresini satellite team, providing the manufacturer with extensive data to analyze the Spaniard’s performance.
Team manager Davide Tardozzi spoke to SPEEDWEEK.com about the riding styles of Bagnaia and Márquez, highlighting an area where Bagnaia outshines everyone:
– Our engineers pay close attention to the riders’ performances. They take everything into account, and there are graphs for everything. When I look at some of the data on the computer, it’s clear to me that this guy is showing things no one has done before. In certain areas, Marc is better than anyone else. He and Pecco have different riding styles. In some areas, Marc is better; in others, Pecco is far superior. When it comes to braking, Pecco is unbeatable – he brakes like no one else.
