Jack Miller experienced two challenging seasons with Red Bull KTM in MotoGP, especially in 2024, after a more successful 2023 that included several podium finishes.
As he bids farewell to the team and prepares to join Miguel Oliveira at Pramac, the Australian reflected on his time with KTM, noting that the first year brought his best memories:
– Last year, honestly. This year has been a struggle, I don’t hide that fact. I think Valencia last year, leading the last race, was a nice feeling, fighting for the podium. The Sprint podium at Sachsenring, podium and Sprint podium in Jerez…
Regarding 2024, Miller acknowledged that the new tire and the bike’s development posed significant challenges: ‘Definitely this year, with the new tyre, we seem to have struggled to adapt to that. Obviously, being on the same chassis since Misano last year doesn’t help. That’s the way the cookie crumble sometimes’.
