After the Warm Up session, MotoGP has a new feature this year, with the riders all getting together as they ride around the circuit and having the opportunity to socialise with each other and the fans, and Marc Marquez didn’t escape the curiosity of his opponents, who didn’t shy away from trying to find out the spaniard’s team for 2024.
Cal Crutchlow approached the Honda rider and jokingly asked him: ‘Do you know the song: «Should I stay or should I go»?‘ fromThe Clash, while Brad Binder didn’t shy away from a much more direct question: ‘Where will you be next year?’ with the number 93 answering with a smile: ‘Don’t get lost’.
However, without revealing it, Marquez made it clear, quoted by Motosan, that he’s not having a good time on the bike and that he even spends sleepless nights… even if they try to «convince» him otherwise: ‘The truth is that, although some people say I’m having fun, I’m not having fun. There are sleepless nights and moments of uncertainty, I try to be as focused as possible on the track. But this is a romantic story’.
He concluded: ‘We’ll see, one thing doesn’t take away from the other, but my commitment to the brand has always been and will always be 100 per cent’.
