Once again, fuel strategy played a crucial role in the NTT IndyCar Series race this weekend. However, this time Scott McLaughlin made the right choices and was able to replicate his victory from last year on track.
Closely following was his teammate Will Power, who engaged in several side-by-side battles with the eventual winner before settling for second place.
Rounding out the podium was Linus Lundqvist, who achieved his first podium in his early career. The rookie impressively climbed from 19th position during the 90-lap race, truly deserving his impressive result.

Several drivers were penalized for aggressive driving, including Pato O’Ward, who dropped from fourth to 23rd position when the checkered flag was waved.
After a two-week break, the paddock will now head to the Indianapolis Motor Speedway for the Month of May. The race on the road course preceding the iconic Indy 500 will be accompanied by all the grandeur and spectacle associated with the event.
